Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY: 100% of orders are shipped within one to two business days, Boo. Orders placed over the weekend are processed and shipped on Mondays. Please note, we are currently only able to ship within the United States or to US territories.

We’re happy to offer free domestic shipping on our orders. With standard free shipping, products are expected to arrive within seven days of placing your order, though sometimes we experience delays.

In the event of a high order volume, your order might be delayed a few days. Please be prepared for this possibility as you make your purchase. In the case of any significant shipping delays, we’ll contact you using the email or phone number you provided during checkout.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

We hope you are happy with your journal. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for an exchange. Returned items must be in brand-new condition, and customers are responsible for return shipping.

All items and payments are non-refundable.
